Jennifer
Founder & CEO
Jennifer founded InTandem in 2002 and continues to serve as the company's CEO and primary operations executive. She has over 20-years of experience in private label and contract manufacturing in China and other countries in Asia. She personally supports each project with experience in raw material sourcing, supply chain management, cost management and quality assurance. In addition to InTandem, Jennifer also designs the LoulaBelle jewelry line that is carried by retailers in the Western industry. Jennifer is based in Fort Worth, Texas and makes multiple trips a year to China and Taiwan.
Heather
Director of Marketing
Heather has over 18-years of experience in marketing products and services across all channels including eCommerce. She ran marketing for a $500 million eCommerce solutions company over an 11-year period and worked with some of the world's most recognizable CPG and retail brands, helping them drive online sales channels and customer acquisition strategies. She then served as VP of Business Development at a Texas-based marketing agency before joining inTandem. Today, Heather oversees InTandem's marketing communications as well as customer marketing strategies.
Director of Business Development
Mark has over 20-years of experience in sourcing and manufacturing soft goods overseas. He initially came to the U.S. to promote fabrics for one of the largest textile groups in Taiwan and soon developed a focus on the sourcing, manufacturing and distribution of materials for the bag and apparel industries. As more U.S. companies began transitioning their manufacturing operations to China, Mark consulted with wholesalers and retailers to aid in this complex migration. Mark has extensive knowledge of soft goods materials, from woven/knit fabrics and lamination to neoprene and specialized materials like Kevlar and Nomex.
His network and longstanding relationships enable InTandem to often secure special deals on behalf of our clients. Mark is based in Los Angeles.

Ryan
Director of Product Design
Ryan leads InTandem's product design and development consultancy division. He has worked with leading brands including Reebok, Volcom, Under Armour and Converse, to name a few. For clients seeking comprehensive design services, Ryan is able to leverage his expertise to help conceptualize and fully design products with quality and performance in mind. He uses graphic and illustration techniques along with 3D visualization to convey design concepts. He also coordinates with overseas vendors to ensure product materials and specs are carefully selected with design integrity and cost in mind. Ryan is based in Georgia.
